Single-Entry Trajectory Calculation
The software supports trajectory calculation based on a single entry point. Simply input the 3D coordinates of the entry point and the initial azimuth angle to calculate the complete pipeline trajectory, effectively handling situations where the coordinates of the other end of the pipe are missing. At the same time, the software supports using a known pipe length as a constraint to accurately correct the calculated mileage.
Simultaneous Viewing of Length Measurement Results
The Gyro70 system is equipped with 3 odometer wheels at the front and 3 at the rear, acting as backups for each other to increase data redundancy. The system can still work reliably when data from an individual odometer wheel is missing. Furthermore, the software supports outputting trajectory calculation results based on different odometer wheels, providing key diagnostic information for analyzing the actual operating status of the gyro robot inside the pipeline.
Automatic Measurement Segment Identification
The software setup interface is intuitive and user-friendly, with a simple operation process. Data is imported via USB for convenience. The operator only needs to input the detector attitude sequence and delineate approximate measurement intervals; the software can intelligently segment and identify measurement results from different sections, significantly improving data processing efficiency.
Synchronous Analysis of Adjacent Pipeline Distribution and Pipeline Attitude
The software not only supports loading and merging segmented measurement results of the same pipeline but also visualizes the spatial distribution of adjacent pipelines (e.g., different bundled tubes laid in a common cavity) to provide a reference for overall planning. Additionally, the software provides synchronized attitude calculation results, including pitch angle and azimuth angle, allowing users to intuitively grasp the actual alignment and attitude change details of the pipeline.
